Our research
Across various contexts and research questions, as well as across a breadth of inequality-related outcomes in organisations and societies, BIG IDEAs have published more than a dozen publications in top-tier journals. These papers have been peer-reviewed and published in highly interdisciplinary or general audience journals that draw widespread academic and public attention. Spanning a wide research portfolio, these publications have appeared, for example, in Nature Human Behaviour, Science Advances, and PNAS, alongside many more papers that are forthcoming or being revised at top journals (e.g. Quarterly Journal of Economics, Management Science and Nature Communications).
